We are aware this is a challenging time for our community as we are faced with uncertainty. As the situation continues to evolve, we would like to provide you with peace of mind regarding what we are doing here at Zuster and how we may be able to help you complete projects and minimise the disruption to your business. We wanted to reassure our customers that we are fully operational at Zuster and we are committed to continue to provide exceptional customer service along with excellent product craftsmanship and delivery.
Our company, like our furniture, is built upon five generations of design heritage. Each and every item we produce is designed with intention: an heirloom for future generations to cherish and enjoy. We achieve this by staying local. We are currently holding good stock levels of raw materials and as local manufacturers; our manufacturing and delivery lead times are very good. In addition, we have updated our SHOP NOW page with an extensive list of items that are available for immediate delivery. Our showroom team is well equipped to conduct online meetings and presentations via Microsoft Team or Zoom so please feel free to contact us to arrange an online presentation.
Zuster is following all government health recommendations in regard to COVID-19 and our showroom and manufacturing facilities will continue to operate accordingly at this time. We will be closely monitoring the recommendations of local and global health authorities, including the World Health Organisation and Australian Government to guide our actions moving forward. We understand this is a challenging time for everyone, can we please ask if you are receiving a Zuster delivery and are currently in isolation, please contact us to either request deliveries for a later period, or to inform us of procedures that may be required onsite that can benefit both clients and the delivery team alike.
